    You can reset your password via the account login page by clicking "Forgot your password?" to click.

    Enter the email address associated with your Stoked account and confirm. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and enter a new password.

    You can then log into your Stoked account with your new password.

    Note: It may take some time for the email to arrive, and it might end up in your junk or spam folder.

    To have your account permanently and completely deleted, you can contact us at support@stokedboardshop.be. We will delete your account in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

    Please note that we can only delete your account if the following conditions are met:

    - There are no outstanding amounts.

    - You have no orders that are still within the return period.

    - There is no remaining gift card balance on your account.

    - None of your orders are currently in shipment.
