Description
The Rome Ravine Pro 2025 Snowboard is designed for steep lines, bottomless days and to scoot to the toughest terrain with ease. The Ravine Pro features Directional Flax Walls, which run from the rear insert pack to the nose for extra chatter damping and stiffness. Combined with the favored Directional Diamond 3D for maximum float, the Ravine Pro goes through variable snow, deep landings and everything in between.
Shape
Directional - With this shape, the binding is a bit more backwards, giving the snowboard a longer nose. This makes the snowboard perfect for freeride and all-mountain riding, giving you more float in powder.
Rocker Type
Free-The-Ride Camber - Designed for all-mountain proficiency and float in the deep. Rockered in the nose, flat under the forefoot, with a positive cambered tail.
Flex rating
8/10 - With a stiff snowboard like this one, you are assured of excellent response and support, allowing you to ride confidently and powerfully on the slopes. If you are an experienced and powerful snowboarder, a hard flex is exactly what you need for optimal performance.
Core
Carbon Omega HotRods - thin rods of carbon surrounded by an Omega wrap are milled into the core of the board, starting just inside the insert packs and continuing into the nose and/or tail.
Base
SinterSpeed Base - Rome's fastest sintered base, built for maximum speed and performance.
Extra
Biax Glass - a fiberglass with two different axes to create additional playfulness.
Binding compatibility
2x4 - This system is the most common pattern for snowboards today. Two rows of inserts are provided that are 2 inches apart. This allows for different stand widths. To attach your snowboard binding, you need four screws in the 2x4 system.
Terrain
All-Mountain|Freeride - these snowboards are perfect for all-mountain exploration and offer versatility and floatation in powdery conditions. If you're looking for a snowboard that performs well in fresh snow, the Rome Ravine Pro snowboard is an excellent choice.
Rider level
Intermediate|Advanced - Intermediate and advanced snowboards are designed for most snowboarders who are more experienced and looking for new challenges and thrills on the slopes. These snowboards usually have a stronger core and are often wider and stiffer than snowboards for beginners. They are ideal for snowboarders looking for more speed, stability and control at higher speeds and on steeper slopes.
