Description
The Nitro Magnum 2025 Snowboard was designed with a hyper focus to offer riders with larger boot sizes a smooth ride. A large boot size shouldn't limit progression or deep carves; the Magnum takes care of that by offering a perfect blend of a wide waist, Power Pods, power, response and flex to enable enjoyable progression all over the mountain. Snowboarders original wide board, designed to ride like a responsive directional weapon!
Shape
Directional - With this shape, the binding is a bit more backwards so your snowboard has a longer nose. As the name suggests, this is primarily a freeride|all-mountain snowboard that gives you more float in powder.
Rocker Type
Cam-Out Camber - This classic camber has early, smooth transitions to nose and tail. This gives you a responsive snowboard.
Flex rating
7/10 - Going hard on the slopes is no problem with the stiffest snowboards. This hard flex offers the highest response and support. A powerful snowboard for powerful snowboarders.
Core
Powerlite Core - this consists of highest quality ultra-light poplar wood and provides a lot of pop and unmatched strength.
Base
Sintered EcoSpeed HD Base - achieve the same wear resistance, increased wax absorption and on-snow speeds as with other comparable sintered bases.
Additional
Bi-Lite Laminates – these laminates are designed for powerful riding and a refined board feel.
Binding compatibility
2x4 - This system is the most common pattern for snowboards today. Two rows of inserts are provided that are 2 inches apart. This allows for different stand widths. To attach your snowboard binding, you need four screws in the 2x4 system.
Terrain
All-Mountain|Freeride - Snowboards with a directional shape and wider nose than tail are usually all-mountain|freeride snowboards. These are designed to explore the entire mountain, and their versatile design gives you more than enough float in the powder. Snowboards like the Nitro Magnum do very well in fresh, deep snow.
Rider level
Intermediate|Advanced - Most snowboarders fall into this level. These snowboards are ideal if you are looking for new sensations. They usually have a stronger core and also tend to be wider and stiffer than snowboards for beginners.
