Description
The Roxy Breeze C2 Snowboard is a symbol of perfect balance and versatility. This Mervin-designed gem features a medium flex and directional shape, with a 1-inch set-back stance that makes floating through soft snow effortless.
Shape
Directional - With this shape, the binding is a bit more backwards so your snowboard has a longer nose. As the name suggests, this is primarily a freeride|all-mountain snowboard that gives you more float in powder.
Rocker Type
Hybrid C2 Technology - This technology was developed with pro snowboarder Travis Rice to create a balanced contour for all terrains. A light rocker between your feet and powerful cambers on nose and tail provide pop power, precision, float and freedom.
Flex rating
4/10 - Snowboards with a soft flex rating are extra flexible and ideal for beginners thanks to their forgiveness. In addition, these boards are ideal for slope style tricks, rails and for the snowboarder who likes to play on the slopes. Perfect for the freestyle snowboarder.
Core
Full Hearted Core - light, vibrant and durable. A blend of 70% Poplar and 30% Paulownia.
Extra
Magne-Traction® – with Magne-Traction® transform your ice cream is powder. This technology has 7 stategically placed edge serrations. This gives you fantastic control and edge protection.
Binding compatibility
2x4 - This system is the most common pattern for snowboards today. Two rows of inserts are provided that are 2 inches apart. This allows for different stand widths. To attach your snowboard binding, you need four screws in the 2x4 system.
Terrain
All-Mountain|Freeride - Snowboards with a directional shape and wider nose than tail are usually all-mountain|freeride snowboards. These are designed to explore the entire mountain, and the versatile design gives you more than enough float in the powder. Snowboards like the Roxy Breeze snowboard do very well in fresh, deep snow.
Rider level
Intermediate|Advanced - Most snowboarders fall into this level. These snowboards are ideal if you are looking for new sensations. They usually have a stronger core and also tend to be wider and stiffer than snowboards for beginners.
