In the 80s, when vert skating was booming, pro skaters and other daredevils improvised protection. Sponges, pillows, bicycle helmets... better than nothing, but not enough to take a fall. Titus Dittmann, passionate skater and owner of the largest distributor of skateboards in Germany founded TSG to make specialized protection for skateboarders. Light, sturdy, close-fitting and agile. Technical innovations like the FlexTech fit really made a difference in the industry. Soon bikers and snowboarders started to wear TSG protection as well, and the brand became the reference for safety in the world of extreme sports.
